How can I check on the status of my order?

To review your order status, click on the ‘My Account’ button located on the side navigation. Enter your username and password (if you do not have one, please contact customer service with your invoice ID#). Finally, view the “Order Status”.

How long will it take for my order to be shipped?

Your order will be shipped in the order that it is received. You will receive your package approximately 4 to 7 business days after that – unless it is an international shipment.

You can check on your order status at any time by signing into your Arcade Attire account.

What forms of payment are accepted?

Credit Cards:
MasterCard
Visa
Discover Card
American Express

Other:
PayPal
Money Orders (only if an order is held by a customer service rep)

How do I make an order using a credit card?

Select the item you wish to purchase. Select the color and size you want, and click “Add To Cart.”

The shopping cart on the top right side of your screen will be updated with the contents of your cart. Every item that you add to your cart will be reflected in your shopping cart. If you wish to change what’s in your shopping cart, you can click the “view cart” button. In this area you can remove any unwanted items.

When you are ready to make a purchase, please click the “Check Out” button.

There are 3 Steps to checking out:

Step #1
Log in with your username and password. If you do not have a username, you can create one or checkout as a guest.

Step #2
Enter your name and shipping address, then select a shipping method.

Step #3
Review your order, total due, provide your payment information and billing address, and enter any promo codes or gift certificates. Make sure your billing address matches your credit card billing address. Click SUBMIT ORDER and you are done! You will receive a confirmation email shortly thereafter with all the information on the confirmation page

Why was my order cancelled?

You may have made a duplicate order. When this happens we cancel one of the orders to make sure that you were not charged twice.

You may have failed to respond, in a timely fashion, to an important email. Often these emails relate to verifying your information, or completing payment.

If you have any questions about your canceled order, please contact us with your name & Order ID#.

How can I track my order once it has shipped?

A tracking number will be sent to your Arcade Attire account.

You can use that tracking number at UPS’ website to track your order: http://www.ups.com. For orders shipped with Canada Post you can track your order here: http://www.canadapost.ca. For orders shipped with DHL you can track your order here: http://www.dhl.com

Returns?

If you are not satisfied with your order, we are more than happy to assist with most or all of your return requests.
To file a claim on damaged or return items, please email returns@arcadeattire.com.
Please include your Sales ID or Invoice No. in the subject line and the following information in the body:
  • Name
  • Address
  • Invoice Number
  • Style Number
  • Size(s) & Color
  • Quantity
  • Reason for Return
  • Picture of the damaged unit(s)
We advise all customers to check their goods immediately upon delivery in the event a style may be damaged or not as expected.
All return claims must be made within 5 business days of receipt of goods.
We request customers to keep all packages unopened and include original manufacturers’ packaging and label. Items should be unworn, unaltered and unwashed with all tags.
We do not accept incomplete pre-packs returned to us or garments used, worn, soiled or altered by the customer.
All return claims must be mailed back to us and received within 2 weeks of approval date.
There is a 20% restocking fee for any unauthorized or overdue returns.
Most to all cases are issued as store credit and not a refund.
 
Depending on the nature of the claim, customers may cover the expense for return shipping.
